Create a free Shutterfly photo book with your best travel shots
Have you taken a great summer vacation shot? Share your photo with us by Sept. 3 and your image may be selected in the L.A. Times Travel section’s “What You Did on Your Summer Vacation” issue scheduled for Sept. 23.
In the meantime, here’s a cool way to preserve all your great vacation photos -- free of charge. Score a hard-bound photo book at no cost from online photography site Shutterfly to preserve all your special vacation moments.
The deal: Travelzoo arranged this deal for its subscribers and requires users to sign up for Shutterfly too (registrations for both are free). For those unfamiliar with Shutterfly, photos may be uploaded and resized from a computer desktop, Facebook page or Instagram, and captions and other text may be added too. Travelzoo subscribers receive a unique code to receive this offer after creating a Shutterfly account.
When: The offer is good through 11:59 Pacific time on Sept. 24.
Details: Shutterly’s 8-by-8 inch book with 20 pages usually costs $30. The book is free, but be prepared to pay tax and shipping costs, which runs about $6.99, depending on where you live. You also receive 50 printed photos for signing up for Shutterfly too.
