Earthquake survivors pack a stadium, sleeping in a boxing ring, that has become a massive refugee camp in Mianyan, Sichuan province, China. Thousands of displaced people, mostly from Beichuan, have filled the sport complex. Caring for tens of thousands of people made homeless across the disaster zone has stretched thin the government’s resources. State media reported that 10 million people have been directly affected by the quake.Thousands of people remain buried in collapsed buildings from last Monday’s 7.9 earthquake.
