On Thursday, the Hammer Museum will present a conversation between trend forecaster Li Edelkoort and Murray Moss, owner of Moss, an influential industrial design store with a Los Angeles location. In 2003, Time magazine named Edelkoort, a teacher at the Netherlands’ Design Academy Eindhoven, one of the world’s 25 most influential people in fashion. Edelkoort is the founder of Heartwear, a nonprofit that helps artisans in developing countries tailor their products for export. Tickets are free but are given on a first-come, first-served basis at the theater box office one hour before start time.
