But do you know cake?

Take a spin through this photo gallery at Martha Stewart.com of wedding cakes inspired by great works of art. See if you can identify the artist who inspired the confection. You get extra credit if you can also name the work of art to which the cake pays homage.

We’ll give you a head start with this detail of Jackson Pollock’s ‘No. 5, 1948,’ above left. But beyond that, you’re on the honor system, people! No cheating!

What’s your favorite cake? Which one perfectly captures the artist and the artwork?

And maybe it’s just me, but I think that only a Bridezilla would cut into such works of beauty -- even if they are made of cake.
