Taco Zone benefit show tonight at Spaceland

As we -- and the rest of the Twitterati -- noted earlier this week, the Taco Zone taco truck in Echo Park was set on fire Friday night. No one was hurt, and the truck is back in business albeit with a damaged roof.

If you want to help the ladies of Taco Zone repair their truck, there’s a benefit tonight at Spaceland starting at 8:30 p.m. ($10 advance/$12 at the door.) After some lineup changes, the evening will feature performances by Kenan Bell, Red Cortez, Robert Francis and Barrio Tiger as well as DJ sets by Ana Calderon, Chris Holmes and the Mae Shi. All proceeds will go to Taco Zone.
