A French climber scaled the New York Times building today, unfurling a banner about global warming. Alain Robert, a.k.a. ‘The French Spiderman,’ was busted as soon as he got to the top.

Not to be outdone by a Frenchman, Rey Clarke, 32, of Brooklyn, then climbed up the same building in the evening, apparently to draw attention to malaria.
