Lady Gaga surprises New York’s Oak Room with a song

Lady Gaga‘s concert tickets might come at a steep price, but folks at New York City’s Oak Room got a free surprise performance from the artist Wednesday evening.
Dressed in a bondage-esque leather mini and stockings, a blond and powdered Gaga rolled through the venue, within the famous Plaza Hotel, for a jazz performance from pal Brian Newman. It wasn’t long before she was inspired to hop on stage and belt out a rendition of ‘Someone to Watch Over Me.’
Not exactly a Monster Ball production, but it’s exciting that Gaga can still pop up in unexpected places. Check out the video below, but be warned -- it’s mostly dark, with just a few flashes of the Lady.
