Jaime Pressly has entered a ‘not guilty’ plea on misdemeanor charges related to her arrest on suspicion of drunk driving last month in Santa Monica.
The ‘My Name Is Earl’ actress was pulled over Jan. 5 and allegedly clocked a blood alcohol content level almost three times the legal limit. On Tuesday, she was charged with driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.20% or greater, according to L.A. Now.
Pressly was required to post $15,000 bail instead of the $5,000 typical in a DUI case -- in line with the high BAC alleged by police.
January was a rough month in general for the Emmy winner: Pressly also filed for divorce from entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, her husband of 16 months.
