Joey Fatone is holding the ultimate estate sale this weekend in Orlando, Fla., selling off everything from puppets to used sheets to the house itself.

While it is easy to blame the recession, the *Nsync alum tells CNN,’I have too much …’ A bit of a problem for a guy who is downsizing from a 16,000-square-foot lakefront house (yours for $3.9 million) to a smaller pad nearby, according to his manager Joe Mulvihill. Fatone also has plans to take his family bicoastal with houses in Florida and Los Angeles.

More than 700 people showed up at the start of the sale Thursday to rummage through a variety of goods like arcade games, pots, pans, wine glasses, patio sets and a Care Bear collection. Perhaps the most coveted item for sale, aside from any *Nysnc memorabilia, is the Sword of Omens from ‘Thundercats.’

Going bicoastal might have something to do with Fatone’s aspiring acting career. Next up, he will star in the horror movie ‘Inkubus,’ about a small crew of police officers who receive a visit from a demon, ready to confess his crimes. He previously competed on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ and hosted ‘The Singing Bee,’ among other projects.
