Celebrities are always buying ginormous houses in and around LA, but the place Jamie Foxx just bought is, well, super-ginormous. Ruth Ryon has all the details, but they are worth repeating: Foxx just paid $10.5 million for a 17,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style villa that sits on 40 acres in the Thousand Oaks community of Hidden Valley.
40 acres and a mule? (No, that is Spike Lee’s production company). Foxx could call his ’40 acres and a Villa with 10 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, an Olympic-size pool and two guesthouses,’ but that doesn’t have much of a ring to it, does it?
