SoCal Listing Trends: 6-7% Price Declines Everywhere, Major Inventory Glut in Riverside

An e-mailer to lalandblog@yahoo.com asked if we can post listing price trends not just for L.A., but also for the O.C. Of course we can. Here’s a handful of Southern California markets, all from our friends who monitor listing prices on the MLS at Housing Tracker:
