Redfin launches LA blog

Our friends at Redfin told us they were launching an LA housing blog today, and we made a note to post on it, but then we got distracted by the falling Dow (387 points).

Thankfully, Kate in the Valley was not distracted, and she posted on the new Redfin blog, which reminded us to check it out.

We invite you to do the same. A couple of posts we liked: this link to a google mapping feature that rates the ‘walkability’ of an address (that is, how close is it to parks, stores, schools, etc.), and this commentary from an appraiser who says he’s hearing about listing agents refusing to take new listings because they don’t think they can sell the property.
