Despite whatever complaints the Obama White House has about Fox News, Obama campaign manager David Plouffe stands ready to promote his new book, ‘The Audacity to Win,’ on Fox. Greta Van Susteren’s regular audience of about 2 million viewers -- that was her average draw in October -- was apparently too much to resist for the book-promotion tour. The Swamp has learnedthat Plouffe will appear Thursday night.
