If you’re not checking out this week’s Dust-up about the wrangling between the Congress and President Bush, well, all we can say is don’t blame us when your grandchildren ask you what you did during the great Bruce Ackerman/John Yoo war. Today, former Bush Justice Department official Yoo and Yale Sterling law professor Ackerman attack the pusillanimous Congress from both ends. Yesterday, they debated congressional overreach and presidential fibs. Yoo and Ackerman will be at it all week, so as Rosie would say, b there or b [].
