‘Dancing With the Stars’: ‘Guilty Feet,’ indeed

Those enraged by the bloated Dancing with the Stars results show should have been somewhat mollified Tuesday night, as it was slimmed down to a mere hour, allowing viewers the chance to watch a mediocre episode of ‘American Idol’ (shouldn’t ‘swing’ be dancing, not singing?)

The producers presented a daring mix of musical artists--unless there was a common thread that Survivor, Ciara and Josh Groban all share, other than that everyone seemed a little...strange. Things look unpromising for fans of the white female dancers, however: talk show host Leeza Gibbons was in the bottom two with 2004’s Miss USA Shandi Finnessey, with the beauty queen getting the boot.

Incidentally, while we like that the band plays Wham!’s ‘Guilty Feet’ for the exiting dancer, we’d like to hear the Scissors Sisters’ ‘I Don’t Feel Like Dancin’.’
