Millsaps wins AMA Supercross heat race at Anaheim

Davi Millsaps of Menifee won the first AMA Supercross heat race at Angel Stadium in Anaheim on Saturday night.

Ryan Dungey, the fastest qualifier in the first heat race, was second. He was followed by Chad Reed in third.

Kevin Windham was fourth and Murrieta’s Ivan Tedesco was fifth.

Dan Reardon, a rider from Menifee and the fifth-fastest qualifier in the first heat race, crashed and did not finish the race.
