USC’s last visit to McArthur Court is off to a hectic start, with Oregon leading the Trojans, 31-28, at halftime.
The teams have combined for 17 turnovers in the half -- nine for Oregon, eight for USC.
Oregon has been effective inside with Jeremy Jacobs (12 points on five-for-eight shooting) and outside with Malcolm Armstead (nine points on four-for-five shooting).
USC has been led by seniors Dwight Lewis and Mike Gerrity, who have eight points each. Lewis hit two three-pointers in the first half and Gerrity stole passes on back-to-back possessions just before halftime and converted both turnovers into baskets.
Both teams have similar shooting percentages from the field: 13 for 26 (50%) for Oregon, 12 for 27 (44%) for USC.
