Novak Djokovic, ranked No. 2 in the world, withdrew from the Farmers Classic tennis tournament, which begins Monday at the Los Angeles Tennis Center at UCLA. Djokovic was replaced in the field by fourth-ranked Andy Murray, who will be the No. 1-seeded player in the event.

Defending champion Sam Querrey will be seeded No. 2. Djokovic withdrew for undisclosed personal reasons.

In addition to Murray, Ryan Sweeting, a 23-year-old from Fort Lauderdale who is ranked No. 116 in the world, received a wild card into the main draw Friday. Third-seeded Marcos Baghdatis and fourth-seeded Feliciano Lopez will, like Murray and Querrey, receive first-round byes.

Saturday night, John McEnroe and Andre Agassi will play an exhibition match to benefit the Andre Agassi Foundation for Education. Jim Courier and rock star Gavin Rossdale are to play against Michael Chang and comedian Jon Lovitz.
