Melissa Reid has birdied her first three holes at the Kraft Nabisco Championship at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, and if you haven’t heard of her yet, it’s because she’s done most of her golfing work on the Ladies European Tour (LET).
Reid isn’t shy. She spoke to the London Times about her teenage years when she wasn’t afraid to party and she said her goal is to be the female Tiger Woods. Reid also seems to attract trouble. She was bitten by a snake at a tournament in China last fall. It’s all OK though. Reid, 23, has her own Melissa Reid appreciation society Facebook page.
