Jason Estuardo Aguilar, 17, a Latino youth, was shot in the abdomen near the intersection of Gaviot Avenue and Archwood Street in Van Nuys about 5 p.m., Friday, March 30 and died right away, at 5:09 p.m.. He was having an argument with a Latino man who was about age 30. The man pulled out a gun, shot the youth several times in the chest, and fled in a black Bronco.
