Santiago drew first blood, intercepting a pass on Servite’s first possession and answering with an eight-play drive that was capped by Ryan Barry’s 10-yard touchdown reception. B.J. Iverson broke off runs of 14, 21 and seven yards, and Servite was called for a late hit after D.J. Shoemate sacked the quarterback on third and 12. Santiago also hurt itself with penalties and used two of its three timeouts on the scoring drive.
Servite just kicked a 32-yard field goal early in the second quarter, but Iverson is running lose again. Oh wait, another Santiago penalty.
