SGV prep sports fans, I have good news.
Due to a recent update by TypePad to accomodate iPhone users, I can now blog using my Blackberry 8100, also known as the Pearl. TypePad, btw, is the website we use to blog.
Other than bragging about personal gain, why am I posting this information? How does this affect you?
Well, I can now blog from games live, just like Inland Empire blogger Dan Arritt has been doing all season. I can now use it to break news. Let’s say I’m at the movies with my girlfriend and someone calls me or e-mails me with important news. Bam! It’s on Varsity Times Insider within minutes.
So, SGV preps sports fans, this Web site is really going to be THE PLACE to go for breaking news and insights throughout the school year.
I will be attending the Troy-Diamond Bar game tonight. And, yes, I’ll be blogging using my ‘blogberry.’
Troy has a running back by the name of Derrick Coleman who has committed to UCLA.
I’ve met Coleman before and he is an inspirational story. Check back later tonight to find out what that story is. Coleman is fourth in Orange County in rushing and 35th in the state with 592 yards and 10 touchdowns. He is averaging 9.25 yards a carry.
Tomorrow, I’ll be at the Los Altos at St. Francis game, so if you are unable to make it out to that one, park yourself in front of a computer and allow me to keep you updated.
