Football: Redell picked for Hall of Fame

Oaks Christian football Coach Bill Redell has picked up another Hall of Fame honor. The National High School Athletic Coaches Assn. has chosen Redell to be inducted on June 24 in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Redell is a member of the National Football Foundation College Hall of Fame. He was a top quarterback at Occidental College.
He has coached high school football for 20 years, winning five consecutive Southern Section championships at Oak Christian. His teams set a Southern Section record with 48 consecutive victories.
