Where are those Little Leaguers now?

I had the chance to cover the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pa., four years ago and was curious where the players from the U.S. champion, Conejo Valley of Thousand Oaks, were playing these days, if at all, considering they’d be well into high school.
Thanks to Google and MaxPreps, I was able to find most of them.
Looks as if catcher John Lister is now primarily focused on football, where he was a 1,000-yard rusher for Thousand Oaks last fall. Danny Leon, Cody Thomson and James Brady are currently sophomores on the Thousand Oaks varsity baseball team. Thomson, in fact, leads the team in victories with five.
Hayden Cronenbold, Tim Ginter and Tyler Karp are listed on the junior varsity roster at Thousand Oaks this season, while Evan Ocello, the youngest player on the Conejo Valley all-stars, is listed on the freshman team.
Sean McIntyre, the smooth-throwing left-hander for Conejo Valley, plays for Crespi, though he has experienced throwing-arm problems the last two seasons. Jordan Brower, a shorstop and right-handed pitcher for Conejo Valley, plays football, basketball and baseball for Newbury Park.
My, how time flies.
