Huntington Beach Edison won’t have Stanford-bound linebacker Jordan Zumwalt for tonight’s game against Santa Ana Mater Dei, and he might be sidelined for up to six weeks because of the broken bone in his left hand, Coach Dave White said.
Zumwalt played last week against Anaheim Servite despite having the hand wrapped in a cast, but it was hurting him and he has been ordered by his doctor to stop playing.
His absence is going to be a challenge for Edison. The team did not play well without him against Dana Hills.
