Rocklin (14-0), which will play Anaheim Servite in the CIF state championship Division II bowl game, will be without its starting quarterback, junior Jimmy Laughrea, who suffered a broken arm this weekend.
Modesto Christian (14-0), which plays San Diego Parker in the Small Schools final, has the younger brother of UCLA basketball player Reeves Nelson on the team, Raymond, a 6-foot-4 junior tight end and nose guard.
De La Salle (12-2), which plays Crenshaw in the Open Division final, has won 18 consecutive North Coast Section Division I championships. The running back combo of Terron Ward and Tyler Anderson have combined for more than 3,000 yards rushing.
Marin Catholic (13-1), which plays Gardena Serra in the Division III final, has won 13 consecutive games.
