Boys’ basketball: It’s time for Price to show it’s the best

I’ve made it to beautiful Bakersfield, home of the Drillers, and I’m filled after eating a barbecue lunch. So now it’s time for basketball, and first up is Los Angeles Price playing Albany St. Mary’s in the state Division IV championship game.

Rabobank Arena looks very cozy and should be loud if the fans come out. I’m looking for Allen Crabbe to put on an entertaining performance.

Price hasn’t won a state championship since 2005 but this team has been gearing up for this moment all season. There’s no way the Knights are going to lose, right? Game time is 1:30 p.m. I’ll be sending in reports.
