Jared Baker, a Los Angeles Loyola running back who rushed for 1,453 yards last season as a junior, has committed to Arizona.
‘It just seems like a real good school for me,’ he said Tuesday. ‘I feel I’m going to fit in.’
Baker took over for the injured Anthony Barr last season and provided consistency and good speed to the Cubs’ lineup.
