Softball: ECR, Carson advance to City Section Division I final

It will be Woodland Hills El Camino Real taking on Carson in the City Section Division I softball championship game on Friday at 3 p.m. at Cal State Northridge.
El Camino Real defeated San Pedro, 1-0, in eight innings. Cassandra Perez drove in Dani Gilmore with an RBI single. Karyn Wright threw a two-hitter for the Conquistadores.
Carson defeated Marshall, 2-0.
