Boys’ basketball: Fairfax State Preview Classic is Saturday

There should be outstanding games all day on Saturday at Fairfax High for the State Preview Classic. The final two games will be taped for airing on Time Warner Cable.

Here’s the schedule:La Canada vs. Oceanside El Camino, 10:30 a.m.; Sherman Oaks Notre Dame vs. San Diego Parker, noon; Santa Monica vs. Alemany, 1:30 p.m.; Harvard-Westlake vs. Torrey Pines, 3 p.m.; Price vs. Windward, 4:30 p.m.; Fairfax vs. Gardena Serra, 6:30 p.m.; Loyola vs. Orange Lutheran, 8 p.m.

Gabe York should be back playing for Orange Lutheran this week.

Oaks Christian is also hosting a showcase on Saturday.

The schedule: Canyon Country Canyon vs. Fairfax (girls), 12:30 p.m.; Inglewood vs. Palos Verdes (girls), 2 p.m.; Bell-Jeff vs. Antelope Valley (girls), 3:30 p.m.; Renaissance vs. Besant Hill, 5 p.m.; Campbell Hall vs. Louisville (girls), 6:30 p.m.; Chaminade vs. Bell-Jeff, 8 p.m.; Valley Torah vs. Rolling Hills Prep, 9:30 p.m.
