Vista Murrieta athletic program receives national award

Coach and Athletic Director magazine has named Vista Murrieta High as a recipient of its National Interscholastic Program of Excellence award for public schools above 1,000.

Vista Murrieta was selected as ‘a school where academics, athletics, activities and the arts are emphasized equally, allowing their students to be actively involved in all areas so that they become well rounded citizens,’ according to the magazine’s editor-in-chief, Michael Austin.
