San Francisco State must forfeit three of its football games for playing with two ineligible players.
Northern California Athletic Conference Commissioner James Jorgensen said that Elvin Gueston and Carl LaGrone failed to disclose they had attended other schools before enrolling at San Francisco State. The forfeited games were two nonconference victories over Cal State Northridge and Azusa Pacific and a conference win over Sonoma State.
