A Galaxy Airlines plane identical to the one that crashed last week in Reno experienced trouble with its landing gear and was forced to make an emergency landing in Georgia, the National Transportation Safety Board said. Officials said the four-engine turboprop Lockheed Electra cargo plane and three-member crew on a flight from Philadelphia was unable to lower its right wheel but landed safely on a foam-covered runway at Dobbins Air Force Base.
