Norway’s Unemployment Rate Increases to 4.1%

OSLO, Norway — Norway’s unemployment rate rose to 4.1% in January from 3.8% in December, but was down from 4.7% from a year ago, the government’s labor agency said.
It said 70,300 people were registered as unemployed at the end of January, up 5,500 from December but down 9,400 from January, 1984.
