Cubanito Perez Fights at Irvine

Irleis (Cubanito) Perez, formerly of Cuba but now living in Santa Ana, has signed to face Rocky Alonso of Guadalajara, Mexico, Monday night, March 11, at the Marriott Hotel in Irvine.

Perez has a 26-1 record, the only loss coming against Hector Camacho in a nationally televised match April 3, 1983.

Alonso has a 24-6-1 record and has recorded wins over Mario (Azabache) Martinez and Kiko Bejines.
