Alderdice pleaded guilty to two more charges
James D. Alderdice, who already admitted fraud charges in New York and Florida state courts, pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy and mail fraud charges in federal court in West Palm Beach, Fla. The charges are related to a precious metals scheme. U.S. District Judge James C. Paine said he will sentence the 28-year-old Pompano Beach man within 30 to 45 days. Alderdice, who served as vice president of the now-defunct International Gold Bullion Exchange, faces up to 10 years in prison.
