Alfonsin Visits Mexico

Mexico City — Argentine President Raul Alfonsin, arriving in Mexico on Monday for a three day official visit, called for greater regional integration and for close ties between the two countries. Alfonsin’s talks with President Miguel de la Madrid are expected to center on Latin America’s $360-billion debt and on the crisis in Central America.
