Costa Mesa : Man Charged With 13 Felony Sex Counts
A Costa Mesa man charged with 13 felony counts of incest, unlawful sexual intercourse, oral copulation and child molestation against two teen-age girls was freed on $25,000 bail Wednesday, authorities said.
Zane Marshall Clevenger, 38, was taken into custody Monday afternoon in Fountain Valley on an arrest warrant.
Clevenger, a pilot for a private charter airline, was arraigned Tuesday in Harbor Municipal Court.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 8. Costa Mesa Police Lt. John Moquin said Clevenger’s arrest concluded a two-week investigation into accusations that he assaulted the girls over a 14-month period.
