La Mesa
La Mesa Police arrested three men Saturday who authorities suspect may have committed more than 100 commercial burglaries throughout Southern California, a police spokeswoman said. Cecil Carr, 29 and David Lee, 60, both of Los Angeles were taken into custody along with Robert Williams, 26, of Compton, when their car was stopped by police on Spring Street. The men were charged with possession of stolen property after police recovered a $7,000 food mixer that police believe was stolen. Officials said Carr was also wanted on an arrest warrant in Burbank.
