First Phase of Vista Monterey Holds Moreno Valley Opening
Vista Monterey, a 50-home community offered by Lifetime Homes of California Inc. in the Moreno Valley (formerly Sunnymead), opens its first phase this weekend with 23 residences at the corner of Ironwood Avenue and Vista de Cerros Drive.
Priced from $126,900 to $151,900, the homes offer a selection of three one- and two-story floor plans, ranging in size from 1,985 to 2,485 square feet, with four bedrooms and two or 2 1/2 baths.
The homes are all sited on one-half-acre lots and include three-car garages. Interior appointments include living rooms open to the level above, entryways with ceramic tile or wood flooring, family rooms with wood-burning fireplaces, breakfast nooks, natural oak cabinetry and greenhouse windows.
Buyer occupancy has been set for July. Furnished model homes by Ambrosia Interior Design of Laguna Niguel, may be viewed daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., except on Fridays.
