Reagan to Meet With Duarte

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will meet with President Jose Napoleon Duarte of El Salvador on Thursday, the White House announced today.
Spokesman Larry Speakes said Duarte will also confer with Vice President George Bush, Secretary of State George Shultz and Defense Secretary Caspar Weinberger. Duarte last met with Reagan a year ago. Speakes said Duarte will be in the United States from Wednesday until May 24 and will receive an honorary degree Saturday from his alma mater, the University of Notre Dame.
