3 Hit by Shotgun Fire
Two small girls in South Los Angeles were wounded Monday evening by shotgun pellets fired from a passing car. A young man was critically wounded a block away, police said.
The two wounded girls were sitting on a front porch at 635 W. 92nd St. At 91st and Hoover Street, the young man was hit in the throat and neck by shotgun pellets, Sgt. John Murray said.
The girls were hospitalized in stable condition; the man was described as critical. Names were not released immediately.
No arrests had been made.
