More Jet Noise: Residents living in areas of El Toro, Irvine and San Clemente may hear the thunder of low-flying jets as fliers from the El Toro Marine CorpsAir Station continue aircraft carrier landing practice today through Thursday. According to base spokesman Sgt. Pepper Davis, residents will experience the higher noise levels from 7 a.m. to just past midnight through Thursday.
