Three people died and two others suffered major injuries in a head-on collision near Huron in western Fresno County, the California Highway Patrol said. Officers said one vehicle apparently crossed the center line and the other took evasive action, then moved back to the middle of the road, where the collision occurred. Investigators were unsure which car first crossed into the wrong lane. The coroner’s office identified the dead from one car as Saul Bravo Cazares, 23, and his cousin, David Bravo, 13, both of Coalinga. Killed in the other car was Rosemary Hernandez, 34, of Huron, wife of the driver.
