Westinghouse plans to buy a Santa Monica firm.
The Pittsburgh-based company said it plans acquire TSC Inc., an engineering company known for its work on radar systems. The acquisition will cost Westinghouse about $21 million. TSC employs about 240 people at seven locations throughout the United States.
