Roof Fire Hits Home
A roof fire of undetermined origin caused an estimated $6,000 to a private residence in the Red Hill section of Orange County Friday afternoon.
County firefighters said the blaze in the one-story home at 13831 Gimbert Lane in an unincorporated area east of Tustin was reported at 2:08 p.m. and was brought under control eight minutes later. No one was hurt, firefighters said.
