A Colorado man was being held without bail after his father was fatally shot with an arrow, South San Francisco police reported. Officers said Joel Kevin Dwyer, 20, was being held in the death of the Rev. Richard K. Dwyer, 62, who died at Kaiser Hospital in Redwood City on Friday. Police said the father was shot after an argument and that he pulled the arrow from his chest.
