I’m twice miffed. First, why does “Star Search” use runners-up of the 1984 contest to be in the 1985 competition, giving new entrants very little chance? Second, why, on “Wheel of Fortune,” is there an announcement of so many prizes at the beginning of the program though in many cases when the winning contestant chooses a prize, it is not the most valuable prize but one of much less value?
