STUDIO WILL BE BUILT AT WINERY

SOLVANG, Calif. — A $25-million three-stage motion picture, video and tape studio facility will be built on the 87-acre J. Carey Vineyards & Winery, it was announced.
Actor Mel Ferrer is representing a European consortium of investors involved in the venture with Dr. James C. Carey, a Santa Barbara plastic surgeon who also heads the winery.
