215 Properties in Hawaii Sold
An auction of Hawaiian properties conducted by satellite link with two California hotels resulted in the sale of 215 properties for a total of $16.74 million, according to Kennedy-Wilson of Santa Monica, which conducted the event.
More than 1,500 people participated in the two-day auction, divided between the Commodore condominiums on Oahu and the Maui Uplands Homesites on Maui and the Hilton Hotel in San Francisco and the Sheraton Plaza de la Reina in Los Angeles.
